When you place your order, in the notes section, please note if you want something changed like the following: Color/pattern choice.
All badge reels come interchangeable with dual lock velcro unless you state differently.
Return/refund policy -
* Items damaged in transit will need to be claimed through the post office.
* If you are not happy with an item, please reach out to me and we will come to an agreement for me to make it right.
* All items are handmade and may have slight “flaws” that may not get noticed. I pride myself in making the best products possible, but I am human and errors do happen. Again, reach out to me and I will make it right.
* No refunds will be given, but products may be replaced if there is a major defect.
