VINLY PEN WRAPS BRING A WHOLE NEW LOOK TO INK PEN MAKING.  ONCE APPLIED TO THE INK PEN, YOU WOULD USE EITHER UV RESIN OR EPOXY TO COVER AND SEAL THEM.  NO NEED TO GLITTER YOUR PENS - THE WHITE CAST ARE MADE TO FIT WITHOUT APPLYING GLITTER FIRST. 

CLEAR CAST WILL NEED TO BE APPLIED TO A GLITTERED PEN.
